I provide effective outpatient psychotherapy, tailored for each person, couple or family I work with. Experienced in treating a wide range of mental health challenges, I provide a safe and creative space for you to cope and thrive.
My focus, using tailored therapy, is to help you heal, find energy, and become aware of your inner strengths. Work with me to learn new and creative ways to adapt to and transcend life's challenges.
I'll be there for you each step of your journey. My goal, as a psychotherapist, is to help you grow, transcend your struggles, heal from your suffering, and move forward to where you really want to be in your life.

I have more than thirty years of experience working in private practice and in agency settings with a full range of challenging psychological and behavioral conditions. Trained in family, couples, and individual therapy, my work draws on gestalt, humanistic, family systems and cognitive behavioral approaches. Addiction is also an area of expertise. At the heart of my work, though, will be a therapeutic relationship with you, the client, based on trust and collaboration where we form a tailor-made plan for your success.

Depression, fear, and anxiety are three of the most common and uncomfortable emotions we can experience at various times of our lives.
